Type Enye on Android:
- Long press the N/n key on your keyboard.
- Slide your finger to choose Ñ/ñ from the options that pop up.
If Ñ/ñ doesn’t appear when you long press the N/n key, check your keyboard settings. Ensure that the language of your keyboard is set to English and enable Filipino or Spanish as well. - Hold the Alt key then type 164 on the numeric keypad to create a small ñ
- For the uppercase Ñ, hold the Alt key then type 165.

Write Enye Without Numpad (using the Character Map):
1. Click on the Windows icon and click on the task bar

2. Click on the search icon and type Character Map

3. You will find the enye letter located at the bottom right corner of the app

4. Click on the letter and then click on copy

5. Paste the enye using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + V or right click on the document and click on paste.

OPTION A: Simply press and hold the N button, and a list of options will pop up, including Ñ. Click on Ñ, and you’re done!
OPTION B: Hold the OPTION button and press N. A tilde (~) will appear. Release the Option key and press n again to create ñ. For an uppercase Ñ, type an uppercase N by holding Shift as you press N.

MS Word on Windows:
There are two options to write enye on MS Word on windows
- Type N0303 on the document and then press Alt + X. Remember that you shouldn’t press space when doing this. If you want to enter a lowercase ñ, type n0303 and then press Alt + x.
- Press Ctrl + Shift + Tilde (~) and then type N for an uppercase Ñ. To create a lowercase ñ, press Ctrl + Shift + Tilde (~) and then type n.
MS Word on Mac:
- Hold the Option key then press N. When you do this, a tilde (~) would appear.
- Release the Option key and press n again to create ñ or Shift + N to create uppercase Ñ.

Type Enye in Excel:
There are 2 ways to type enye Ñ in excel.
To make a small letter ñ (enye) in Excel:
Hold Alt key in your keyboard while pressing 164 (Alt + 164 = ñ)
To make a capital letter Ñ (enye) in Excel:
Hold Alt key in your keyboard while pressing 165 (alt + 165 = Ñ)
Another way to create a letter ñ in Excel is to copy any of the following enyes (ñ) and paste it anywhere you want:
