Changing your MPIN (Mobile Personal Identification Number) regularly enhances your account’s security. With GCash’s user-friendly platform, updating your MPIN is a simple process. In this guide, we will provide you with the quick steps to change your MPIN in GCash, empowering you to protect your financial transactions and personal information with ease.
In order to change your MPIN, you have two options:
Change MPIN via GCash APP:
Change MPIN Manually by dialing *143#
Steps to Change MPIN via GCash APP:
STEP 1: Open your GCash app, enter your MPIN and log into your account

Step 2: Click on the profile icon located at the right bottom corner of the screen

Step 3: From the available options, click on Settings

Step 4: Click on Change MPIN

Step 5: Enter your current MPIN.

Step 6: Enter your new MPIN and verify it by entering again, then click on Submit

Note: It is imperative that your new MPIN does not match any of your previous three (3) MPINs. Make sure your MPIN is not easy to guess, like your birthday, 1234, or the last four digits of your phone number.
Step 7: You’ll see a confirmation screen. Log in with your new MPIN by tapping OK.

Change MPIN via *143# (USSD) for Globe/TM subscribers
STEP 1: Dial *143#.
STEP 2: Enter the number corresponding to GCash, then tap Send.
STEP 3: Enter the number corresponding to Account, then tap Send.
STEP 4: Enter the number corresponding to Change PIN, then tap Send.
STEP 5: Enter your current PIN, then tap Send.
STEP 6: Set and verify your new PIN.
Note: It is imperative that your new MPIN does not match any of your previous three (3) MPINs. Make sure your MPIN is not easy to guess, like your birthday, 1234, or the last four digits of your phone number.
STEP 7: You will receive a confirmation to the mobile number you registered with GCash. Use your new MPIN to log into GCash.
