Steps to Set 6-digit Mastercard PIN:
Please note that your MPIN (Mobile Personal Identification Number) is different from your Card PIN. The MPIN is a 4-digit password used for GCash transactions, while the 6-digit Card PIN is specifically for ATM withdrawals, terminal payments, and other card-related activities.
- Open GCash APP and enter your MPIN to login
- Click on Profile icon

- Tap My Linked Accounts

- Click on GCash Card

- Select a GCash Mastercard account and then tap Set Card PIN

- Enter your nominated 6-digit PIN. Input the same PIN on the next line and tap Next

- A prompt will appear to confirm that the PIN setup was successfull.

Steps to Reset 6-digit Pin:
Whether you’ve forgotten your PIN or simply wish to change it for security reasons, GCash offers a user-friendly method to reset your PIN and regain control over your card. You can change it through the APP or by contacting 2882 if you are not using the APP.
- Open GCash APP and enter your MPIN to login
- Click on Profile icon

- Tap My Linked Accounts

- Click on GCash card

- Select a GCash Mastercard account then tap Reset Card PIN

Enter the 6-digit authentication code then tap submit

Enter your new 6-digit PIN. Input the same PIN on the next line to confirm then tap Next

A prompt will appear to confirm that the PIN setup is successful.

Now you have successfully reset your 6-digit card PIN.
